No parties are permitted. Guests must be over 21 when booking. Schoolies, bucks and hens party bookings will be cancelled. Pets are not permitted. Guests must comply with the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation. A mandatory pre-arrival pre-authorisation form must be completed before access instructions are released. Bring your own beach towels.

Mollymook Surf Beach is a short stroll away. Living and bathroom facilities are arranged upstairs and downstairs. The property is currently for sale.
