The house

The home has sunny open living areas, modern appliances, a large entertaining deck with distant ocean views, and an outdoor shower. A separate rumpus/TV area is downstairs. The upstairs main bedroom has an ensuite, with another full bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs.

The downstairs laundry has a washing machine only. Facilities include a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, dining table and coffee supplies. A barbecue, outdoor seating, television, board games, children's books and toys, heating and ceiling fans are available. Linen and towels are included; bring your own beach towels. Free street parking and a laptop-friendly workspace are available. Wi-Fi is not available.

Children and infants are welcome, and longer stays are allowed. The property is currently for sale.
