House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The final 200 metres of the approach are on an unpaved road. El Arenal Beach is 11.4 km away; Llucmajor is 6.5 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 16.4 km away, Golf Son Gual 18.4 km, Palma train station 22.4 km, Llucmajor bus stop 7.4 km, Palma ferry terminal 25.8 km and Hospital Universitari Son Espases 24.8 km. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.
