The house

The villa has a private saltwater pool measuring 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 0.3 to 1.8 metres. Outdoors there are eight sun loungers and a terrace with a barbecue. The accommodation offers privacy.

The living room has a Smart TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen-dining room includes a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, together with free Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor, one bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and another has twin beds. A separate shower bathroom is also on this floor. Exterior parking is free and accommodates four cars. The final 200 metres of the approach are on an unpaved road. Llucmajor is 6.5 km away and El Arenal Beach is 11.4 km away. Es Trenc and Cala Pi are other beaches in the south of the island. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay.
