An office area contains dressers, chairs and a desk. A usable fireplace, bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, washer and dryer are provided.
Four bedrooms occupy three floors, with two bedrooms on their own floors. The third-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, and a balcony/deck. The second-floor bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. One main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite shower bathroom and a balcony/deck; the other has two twin beds and a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a tub. An outdoor shower is also available.
Outside are a private heated in-ground pool, a large deck with a gas grill, lounge chairs and patio furniture, and a private boat slip and dock. A bicycle and kayak/canoe are available. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
