House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Dogs require approval on application: up to two small dogs or one mid-size dog only; no cats. A $200 pet fee applies. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Household linen and a standard departure clean are included.
Getting there
The house has two storeys, with four bedrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor. It backs onto the dune fauna reserve; the beach is a 250 m walk away. Marcoola patrolled beach and surf club are 500 m away. Local cafes are within easy walking distance, and the Mount Coolum shopping centre is a short drive away.
