Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Pets are allowed but must not be on furniture or beds. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.

St Georges Basin and the Basin Walk trail are a five-minute walk (500 m) away. Local shops are a five-minute drive (2 km) away. St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point boat ramps are each a five-minute drive away. Huskisson is a 15-minute drive away. Hyams Beach is a short drive away, about 15 minutes from the home; Booderee National Park is also about 15 minutes away.
