The house

The fully enclosed home has five ground-floor bedrooms: two king rooms, one double room, one queen room and a room with a single-over-double bunk. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite, walk-in robe and ceiling fan; bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 also have ceiling fans, and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have built-in robes. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity. The other bathroom has a shower, bathtub and vanity, with a separate toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, kettle and toaster. There is a 10-seat indoor dining table and breakfast bar. The lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix and a sound bar. Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer are available. Linen and beach towels are provided, and beds are made for arrival. A high chair and travel crib are available; the home is suitable for children and infants. Smoke alarms, a heat alarm and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The private swimming pool is on a fully fenced deck with a built-in BBQ, outdoor fridge, 12-seat dining area, outdoor lounge and egg chairs. There is also a table tennis table and a garden or backyard. Garage parking accommodates two vehicles, with free driveway parking or space for a boat, plus free street parking.

St Georges Basin and the Basin Walk trail are a five-minute walk (500 m) away. Local shops, including IGA, takeaways and a bakery, are a five-minute drive (2 km) away. St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point boat ramps are each a five-minute drive away. Huskisson town centre is a 15-minute drive away, and a country club offering dining, golf and tennis is 2 km away. Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are about 15 minutes away.
