House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances due to homeowner allergy. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; optional shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for shipping arrangements. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines provided in the Guest Portal after booking. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional paid cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to one car in one underground garage space. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
