The house

The 3,537-square-foot condo has an open living space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains and village, a stone fireplace and seating. The kitchen has high-end appliances, custom cabinetry and a large island with bar seating, alongside a dining area with mountain views. A heated outdoor patio has a fire table, seating and views of Beaver Creek Plaza. A separate media room has a sectional and television.

The main bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, television and an ensuite with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite with a double vanity and separate shower. The third bedroom has two queen beds, a television and an ensuite.

A private ski entrance provides direct access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort, subject to snow, weather and resort operations. On-site ski storage includes lockers and boot heaters, and ski shuttle service is available. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a grill and an elevator are available. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, an espresso machine and a kettle.

In summer, Beaver Lake Trail and Village Loop Trail offer hiking, and Centennial Trail offers mountain biking. The Eagle River is a short drive away for fly-fishing and whitewater excursions.
