House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $1,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the grand total is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive the initial payment back less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team schedules an In-Stay Refresh and processes payment. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional scheduled cleaning and payment. Long-term stays are allowed. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

Walk-to-ski and walk-to-town access are available, and the Mountain Village core gondola is very close by. Ski shuttle service is available. Parking at the property is limited to one car; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
