The house

This 3,748-square-foot condo accommodates up to 10 guests. Its semi-open living area has warm wood finishes, multiple stone fireplaces and expansive windows overlooking Wilson Peak and the San Sophia Mountains. All four ensuite bedrooms are on one level: two have king beds, one has a queen bed and one has two full beds.

A large private balcony has seating and a fireplace. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, cooking basics, dishes, a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator. A dining table, washer, dryer, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels are provided. The building has an elevator, and garage parking is available for one car.

Walk-to-ski access, ski shuttle service and walk-to-town access are available, with the Mountain Village core gondola very close by. The stay includes up to two days of access to the Peaks Resort amenities, including its spa, gym, pool and hot tub. Additional day passes may be purchased at an additional cost by contacting the Reservation Team.
