Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Guests must complete online identity-document registration, sign the digital rental contract and pay the tourist tax before arrival. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has no lift. Santa Lucia station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 50 minutes away by public transport.
