The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a building without a lift. Its open-plan living space includes a sofa, dining area and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and toaster.

One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a queen-size double bed. There is also a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout. Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and mosquito net.

Santa Lucia station is a half-hour walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 50 minutes away by public transport. Before arrival, guests must complete online identity-document registration, sign a digital rental contract and pay the tourist tax.
