Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The historic building has no elevator. The Rialto Bridge is two minutes away and Piazza San Marco is less than ten minutes away. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport.
