The apartment occupies a historic building without an elevator. A large entrance hall with a corner wardrobe leads to an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and toaster. The living room has a sofa and TV.
There are two bedrooms: one with a dresser and large wardrobe, and one with a single bed. A double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A large terrace overlooks Venetian rooftops and an internal courtyard. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and mosquito nets are available.
The Rialto Bridge is two minutes away and Piazza San Marco is less than ten minutes away. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away, and Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport.
