House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before receiving access instructions, complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax. Access becomes active at 15:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Contact the team before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor and is reached by stairs. The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 25-minute drive away.
