The house

The apartment occupies the third floor of a building containing two separate apartments. Access is by a wooden staircase with gold inserts; the building has no elevator.

Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed, wardrobe and television; the second bedroom also has a sofa. There are two double sofa beds in the apartment. The canal-facing living room has a sofa, table and television, with views of passing gondolas. It opens onto an altana, a traditional Venetian rooftop terrace with city views.

The separate kitchen includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and freezer. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a hairdryer, an iron and mosquito nets are provided. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Local experiences can be arranged on request.
