Parties, events and smoking are not allowed. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, reached by wide staircases. The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 25-minute drive away.
