The house

The renovated apartment is on the second floor of a three-story building containing two separate apartments with separate entrances. Access is by wide staircases; there is no elevator.

The living area includes a service bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a canal-facing living room with a crystal table, frescoes and a sofa. Gondolas can be seen passing from the large windows. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

The sleeping area has two large, adjacent bedrooms with high ceilings and large windows leading to the campo-view balcony. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, a closet and a TV. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The marble bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, mosquito nets and a hairdryer are provided.
