House rules
Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €30 per stay. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the apartment properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.
