The house

The 111 m² apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift and has a spacious terrace overlooking the streets. The kitchen opens to a dining area with antique furniture, while the air-conditioned living-dining room has a television. Kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and crockery.

All three bedrooms have closets. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, Bedroom 2 has one single bed, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed and space for a baby cot. A cot and high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower, and the laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
