The house has two terraces with beach views. The entrance terrace offers space for outdoor drinks and meals, while the second terrace has sun loungers and an umbrella.
The ground floor contains an air-conditioned living room with satellite television, a fully equipped gas kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus squeezer and crockery. Upstairs are two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. A second shower bathroom is on this floor. The living-room sofa can be prepared as a bed for a fifth guest, subject to the additional-guest charge.
Free Wi-Fi, towels, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. A cot, high chair and fan are available on request. The fireplace cannot be used. There is no pool or on-property parking.
Port d'Alcúdia offers water sports, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and nightlife. Alcúdia old town, 4 km away, holds a market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
