House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Capacity is four guests plus one additional guest. An additional-guest charge applies; without payment, the extra bed may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The optional extra-bed service is 20€/night; an optional extra cot is 25€/week. Final cleaning is mandatory at 135€/stay. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
