The house

The home has an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, with all three bedrooms and the laundry room together on the lower level. Each bedroom has a large closet; the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom features custom tile work, dual vanity sinks, rain shower heads and a soaking tub, with access to a separate deck/patio with a hot tub. Private parking and a dedicated owners’ beach cabana are provided.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, heating and a usable gas fireplace are provided. Outdoor spaces include an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs and patio furniture.

Access to Gurney’s includes five dining and social venues, room service, daily maid service, a kids club, beach nannies, the Beach Club and Seawater Spa. Spa facilities include a Roman plunge bath, sauna, whirlpool and a 24-hour fitness center, with yoga, spin, boot camp, private trainers and Pilates classes. The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, guest communication and maintenance after booking confirmation.
