The house

The open main floor has a generous living room, formal dining room, hardwood floors and French doors connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces. The eat-in kitchen has appliances, a center island and breakfast bar. One guest bedroom is on the main floor, with four bedroom suites upstairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and bath essentials are provided.

The upstairs bedrooms contain one king bed and three queen beds; each has air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning. TVs are in bedrooms 1, 2 and 4. Six full bathrooms include four upstairs and two on the main floor.

Outdoor facilities include a large deck with pergola and seating, gas grill, private tennis court, three adult bicycles, five beach chairs, a beach umbrella and kayak/canoe equipment. Indoor facilities include a steam room, ping-pong table, pool table, heating, washer, dryer, cable and smart TV, and a Sonos speaker system. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, tableware, and pot and Keurig coffee makers.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours.
