House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog of 15 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $500.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture and equipment. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Not suitable for multiple families or unrelated guests. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Nearby beaches include Sagg Main Beach, Gibson Beach and Peters Pond Beach.
