The house

The guest home has an airy, sunny interior and one bedroom with a king bed, a queen bed, air conditioning, streaming TV and a standard closet. A separate structure houses the bathroom, kitchenette and breakfast dining area. The full bathroom has a shower.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, an uncovered deck/patio, eight lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas grill and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Guests have full private access to the pool and outdoor amenities. The yard has a fence.

Facilities include window-unit air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. There is a private entrance and driveway parking for two cars; the driveway is shared with the main house. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The home is centrally located for exploring Sagaponack beaches, dining and golf courses. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
