The house

The newly built home has light-filled, open-plan living spaces, boho-chic décor, warm neutral tones and Restoration Hardware finishes. A Sonos sound system serves the living space. The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, cooking essentials, a large breakfast bar or island, and a separate dining area. Additional equipment includes a dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker, washer and dryer.

All four bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning and closets. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV, full ensuite bathroom and balcony/deck; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and full ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and TV; Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. There are four full bathrooms, including one in the pool house; three have showers and one has a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, an uncovered deck/patio, an expansive lawn, lounge furniture, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. The yard is fenced. A sauna, stationary bike, laptop-friendly workspace and electric vehicle charger are also available. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The home is near Sag Harbor Bay, with Sag Harbor village a seven-minute bike ride away. Nearby beaches include Haven’s, Foster Memorial and Town Line. After booking confirmation, the homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication.
