The house

Sag Harbor Pristine accommodates up to five guests in approximately 2,000 square feet, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a TV, closet, balcony/deck and water views. Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a closet. The other bathrooms have a shower, with a tub in one of them.

The home has a chef's kitchen, living room, usable fireplace, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker, pot and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Entertainment includes a smart TV and Bluetooth/Sonos speakers.

Outside are a private heated freshwater pool with fencing, a fenced backyard, four lounge chairs, a deck/patio with a table, chairs and umbrella, and a gas grill. Driveway parking accommodates two cars. The house has a private entrance, hot water, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.

Sag Harbor town is a 15-minute walk or five-minute bike ride away. The water across the street offers paddleboarding opportunities, and ocean beaches are a 10-minute drive away. Long Beach is nearby. The homeowner handles property preparation, arrival coordination, guest communication and maintenance after booking; a StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or a private chef.
