The house

The home has an open-plan layout with a double-height living room, fireplace, multiple sitting and dining areas, and a sunroom. The kitchen has appliances, a large island, a microwave and a coffee maker. A dedicated work-from-home space, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are provided. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are supplied.

Outdoor spaces include a landscaped yard, pool cabana, outdoor shower, deck, patio, gas barbecue and outdoor seating and dining areas.

The main house has two bedrooms on the first/main floor: one with two twin/single beds and one with a king bed and balcony/deck. Upstairs are three king/queen bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom: two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms in total on that floor. All six bedrooms have air conditioning. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom; two full bathrooms include tubs. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The home is on a private block in Sag Harbor, minutes from Bridgehampton and East Hampton. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
