The house

The home is minutes from town, with nearby restaurants, shops, galleries, bars and beaches. Its landscaped backyard has a private heated pool, a sundeck with chaise loungers, a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining table and a lounge area with a sofa and chairs.

An open-plan living room with a sectional sofa connects to the dining area and chef's kitchen. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware and generous counter space. Sliding glass doors connect the living room to the back deck. Other facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a usable fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, hot water, bed linens and bath towels.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a balcony overlooking the backyard. Three additional upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and a standard closet; one also has a balcony or deck. The fifth bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen sleeper sofa and a closet. All five sleeping rooms have air conditioning. The other bathrooms are a main-floor hall bathroom with a shower, an upstairs hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a lower-level bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
