The house

Set on a quiet private block, the home has an open layout with multiple sitting and dining areas, a fireplace, an island kitchen, a dedicated work-from-home space and a finished lower level for living and recreation. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Fitness equipment and a TV are also available.

The four bedrooms comprise one king bedroom and one queen bedroom on the second floor, one queen bedroom on the main floor and one queen bedroom on the lower level. All four have air conditioning; the second-floor bedrooms and lower-level bedroom have full ensuite bathrooms. The king bedroom also has a walk-in closet and balcony/deck. A fourth full bathroom is on the main floor.

Outside are a private heated pool, an expansive yard with a perimeter fence, an uncovered patio, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, dining space, a gas barbecue, seven lounge chairs and patio furniture with an umbrella. Three beach chairs and free parking are available. The home is minutes away from Southampton, Sag Harbor and Water Mill, and near Noyac County Park and local golf courses. Outdoor facilities are subject to seasonal availability.
