House rules

The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Smoking is not permitted. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog of 20 lbs or less is permitted; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Reservations longer than seven nights require one cleaning per week at the guest's expense. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. Reservations require approval before confirmation. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The property is not handicap accessible. Nearby beaches include Foster Memorial Town Beach, Sagg Main Beach and Ocean Road Beach. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool/hot tub and outdoor furniture/equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
