The home accommodates up to six guests on a private block in Sag Harbor village. An open layout connects the living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. The main living room has a gas fireplace and TV; the finished lower level adds a media area, another gas fireplace, a work-from-home area and a stationary bike.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning and closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and tub and the other with a shower, plus a half bathroom on the main floor and another half bathroom in the pool house.
Outside are a private heated pool, an uncovered patio with outdoor dining and seating, lounge chairs, an umbrella, gas and charcoal grills, a wood-burning fire pit, a paddle board and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The pool house provides additional space. Free parking is available.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, cookware and tableware. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, cable and smart TV, and a Sonos speaker system. TVs are provided in the main living room, kitchen, den and an additional structure. The home has a private entrance, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.
