The house

The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a microwave, cookware and dishes. A central brick fireplace anchors the living room, and glass doors connect the common spaces to the back deck and private, landscaped backyard. A finished lower-level den provides additional space for movies, games or relaxing.

The deck has outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill. The private pool is surrounded by a paved sundeck with loungers, and there is an outdoor shower. Parking is available. Air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the main floor. Two main-floor bedrooms each have two twin beds that can be pushed together into a king-sized arrangement; the third has a queen bed. The lower level has a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have TVs, and bedroom 1 has a closet. All three bathrooms have shower/tub combinations.

Historic Main Street is a short drive or easy bike ride away, with shops, galleries and waterfront restaurants. Nearby beaches include Foster Memorial Town Beach, Sagg Main Beach and Ocean Road Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
