The house

The cottage sits on a side street in Sag Harbor Village, within walking distance of Main Street and near a farmer’s market and dog park. Natural light and white-washed walls frame a living room with oversized sofas, chairs and a wood-burning stove. An updated, equipped eat-in kitchen connects to the dining room.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has two twin/single beds. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both full bathrooms have showers. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The outdoor space has views of greenery and the bay, a furnished patio and a gas grill. Beach equipment includes four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a paddle board and beach toys; lounge chairs are also available. The property is beachfront and waterfront, with Havens Beach nearby.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, television, Smart TV and a Sonos speaker system. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. There is driveway parking for three cars and a private entrance. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
