Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Animals may be visited in the owner's presence. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Guest accommodation is on the ground floor; the closed, uninhabited upper floor is not accessible to guests. Can Picafort beach is 20.5 km away, and the north coast is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Llubí town is 2.9 km away, Llubí train station 4.4 km, and the bus stop at Plaça de la Carretera in Llubí 3 km. Son Sant Joan airport is 45.9 km away, Port d'Alcudia ferry terminal 36.9 km, Golf Pollença 31.2 km, and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 9.6 km.
