The house

Guests occupy the ground floor of the fenced house; the upper floor is closed and uninhabited. The living room has satellite TV and air conditioning. The equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker and microwave. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two single beds and air conditioning. There is an indoor bathroom with a bathtub and heater, plus an outdoor bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, three fans and three radiators are available. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

The garden has five sunbeds and a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres, with a depth of 1–1.5 metres. A porch decorated with old farming tools provides a barbecue area, and a terrace overlooks the countryside towards the mountains. Oranges can be picked from the tree depending on season and availability. Horses, goats and ostriches live in an enclosure on the property. The owner feeds the animals daily, and guests may visit them in the owner's presence.

Llubí has a grocery store, restaurants, cafés and a Tuesday market selling local fruit and vegetables. Larger supermarkets and services are in Inca and Muro. A car is necessary. The north coast is approximately 20 minutes away by car, and Can Picafort beach is 20.5 km away. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
