The garden surrounds a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 3.8 m, with a depth of 2.20 m. Outdoors there are sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor has an air-conditioned living-dining room with a Smart TV, an equipped electric kitchen, and a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and oven/stove. Two ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the garden: one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. A bathroom with a shower serves this floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and direct access to a balcony with mountain views, plus a bathroom with a shower. All four bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available.
