Events are forbidden. Pets are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Of the three fireplaces, only the one in the house at the back of the patio may be used. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
