The house has a large patio with sunbathing space, a barbecue and a furnished veranda for outdoor meals. The private saltwater pool measures 2.5 × 5.10 metres and has a maximum depth of 1.45 metres.
On the ground floor, the living room has a Smart TV, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, and opens onto a dining kitchen with a ceramic hob. There is a separate study and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, TV and air conditioning. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and another has two single beds and a TV; both have air conditioning, en-suite showers and direct terrace access. A cot and high chair can be provided.
The house is on a quiet street, 200 metres from the village square. Pina has public transport connections, a couple of bars and a pharmacy. Restaurants and supermarkets are in Algaida, 4 km away, and Montuïri, 6 km away. El Arenal Beach is 25.3 km away and Golf Son Gual is 16.8 km away. A one-car garage connects to the courtyard and is also suitable for bicycles. Wi-Fi is available.
