House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two storeys. Mancor de la Vall is 0.1 km away; Port d’Alcúdia Beach is 32 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 43 km away, Estació d’Inca train station 5.5 km, the Carrer de Sa Creu bus stop 0.5 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 33 km, Golf Alcanada 34 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 7.5 km. Exterior parking is limited to two cars.
