The outdoor area has an 8 × 5 m saltwater pool, 1.10–1.90 m deep, surrounded by lawn and six sun loungers. There is table tennis, a large porch and a barbecue.
The air-conditioned living room has satellite TV and mountain views. A separate dining room also has air conditioning. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and cooking utensils. Free Wi-Fi is available. A laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board; a cot and highchair can be provided.
