Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Air conditioning operates in the living room from 12:00 to 22:00 and in the bedrooms from 22:00 to 06:00; unlimited use is optional at 24€ per night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
