The house

The house has a private lawned garden, an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres with a uniform depth of 1.50 metres, a porch, a terrace and a built-in barbecue. Sun loungers and parasols are available outside.

The living-dining room has a television and air conditioning. The adjoining open-plan kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, juicer and crockery. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds; both have wardrobes and air conditioning. The bathroom has a washbasin and shower. Two fans, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available.

Son Mesquida is surrounded by olive groves and farmland, with hiking and cycling routes in the area. Felanitx is 6.4 km away and Cala Sant Marçal beach is 20.8 km away. Nearby places to explore include Santuari de Sant Salvador, Portocolom, Cala Marçal and Cala Sa Nau. Vall d’Or Golf has an 18-hole course and is 17.8 km away.

Air conditioning runs in the living room from 12:00 to 22:00 and in the bedrooms from 22:00 to 06:00. Unlimited use is optional at 24€ per night. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Pets and events are not permitted.
