House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

The house has two storeys, with all three bedrooms and the full bathroom on the first floor. Playa de Muro is 21.6 km away; Alcúdia and Muro beaches are about 25 minutes away by car. Selva is 4.4 km away, Palma de Mallorca Airport 46.6 km, Pollença Golf Club 17.1 km, Inca train station 6.4 km, Moscari bus stop 1.7 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 24.6 km and Hospital Comarcal Inca 6.9 km. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
