Listing description
The garden has a 7 × 3 m chlorine swimming pool, 1–2 m deep, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. A porch provides space for outdoor meals, and a barbecue is available. The rural surroundings include almond and holm oak trees, gentle hills and views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
On the ground floor, the open living and dining area has a Smart TV and fireplace. The equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. There is also a guest toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and balcony access, and two with two single beds each. A full bathroom with a bathtub is on the same floor.
A cot and highchair can be provided. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are outside. Four portable standing fans are available for use in any room. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free.
Hiking and cycling routes lead towards Caimari and Binibona. Selva, with its church and traditional cafés, is a few minutes’ drive away. Alcúdia and Muro beaches are about 25 minutes away by car; Pollença and Alcanada golf courses are within reach. The house is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.
