Events are forbidden. Pets are welcome; consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. One cot and one high chair are free; up to three cots and three high chairs can be provided for an extra fee when travelling with more babies.
