The house

The solar-powered accommodation comprises a main house and a small annex, offered together. The garden has a lawn, up to 12 sun loungers, thatched parasols, a children's outdoor play corner, a barbecue and a large wooden dining table. The private saltwater pool measures 10 × 5 metres and ranges from 0.90 to 2.20 metres deep.

The main house has a living-dining room with a sofa and satellite TV, opening onto a gas kitchen with mountain views. A utility room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Its four bedrooms have wardrobes and fans: one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, and outdoor access; the other three each have two single beds, with one also having an en-suite shower bathroom. An additional shower bathroom serves the main house.

The annex has a thatched-roof terrace overlooking a natural-water pond and the mountains, a living room suitable for board games, two twin bedrooms and a shower bathroom. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning with a heating function for winter stays. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for six cars are available.

One cot and one high chair are available free of charge; up to three of each can be provided for an additional fee when travelling with more babies. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. The villa lies beside the road between Son Carrió and Sa Coma, 2.2 km from Son Carrió and 5.9 km from Sa Coma Beach.
